Terms of Service

By accessing or using Akazispace, you agree to be bound by these terms and by the laws that apply to you. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the site.

Anyone can browse jobs and company profiles. To publish jobs, a company must create an account and verify a work email address that belongs to it. You must be authorised to act for any company you register.

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including the jobs it publishes.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may refuse service, or suspend or close an account, if these terms are broken.

A listing must describe a real job that the company is really hiring for, and it must be accurate about the role, the location and the pay. Listings must not:

• ask candidates to pay a fee, or to buy anything, in order to apply or to be hired;
• discriminate against people in a way the law does not allow;
• be misleading, fraudulent or harmful, or collect personal information that the role does not need;
• stay live after the role is filled.

Akazispace does not employ you and is not a party to any hiring. When you apply, you do it directly with the company, on its own website. Check a company before you share personal information, and never pay to get a job. Please tell us about anything that looks suspicious. We cannot guarantee any job, reply or outcome.

Do not use Akazispace to break the law, attack or disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, pretend to be someone else, upload harmful code, or misuse other people's information.

Companies own the content they publish. By publishing a profile or a job, a company gives Akazispace a non-exclusive licence to store, display and distribute it on the site and to make it findable in search. Akazispace's own design, code and text remain ours. You may use the site for its intended purpose; this is a licence, not a transfer of ownership.

Akazispace is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not check every listing in advance and do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, Akazispace and its suppliers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of data, profit or business, arising from using or being unable to use the site.

You can stop using Akazispace at any time, and company accounts can be closed on request. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for account holders, tell you by email. Using Akazispace after a change means you accept it.
